These terms govern your use of The Darling Box website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change before an order is placed. We may cancel an order where pricing, availability or product information contains an obvious error; any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Personalised products
Please provide accurate names, photographs, messages and other personalisation details. We may contact you on the contact details provided to collect or confirm these details. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share any content submitted for personalisation.
Payments
Online payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation and our order confirmation. Do not share card, UPI or banking credentials with anyone claiming to represent The Darling Box.
