Cancellations
You may request cancellation before an order enters processing or personalisation. Once work on a personalised product has begun, cancellation may not be possible. To request cancellation, email us immediately with your order number at evertrustenterprises01@gmail.com.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from your confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, as appropriate.
Non-returnable items
Personalised, custom-made and used products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are refundable only when the issue was caused by us or required by applicable law.
